Ce4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in cases of: providing false information, violating the Terms & Conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, or compromising platform security.
For withdrawals or transactions above a certain threshold, ce4 may request additional documents for identity verification. Failure to cooperate may result in a temporary account restriction.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
When using the ce4 platform, you are required to follow the rules below:
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using another user's account or accessing their information is strictly prohibited.
- The use of bots, automated software, or any other fraudulent methods is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
- Transactions intended for money laundering or financial crimes are strictly prohibited.
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward other users is prohibited.
- No content protected by ce4's intellectual property rights may be used or published without prior permission.
- Exploiting any platform bug or vulnerability for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ce4 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Only approved mobile banking methods must be used, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposits must fall within the designated limits.
- Payment methods registered under another person's name are not permitted.
- Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
- Bonus funds are subject to a specified turnover requirement before withdrawal.
- Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
Ce4 reserves the right to block or investigate any suspicious transactions. If fraud is confirmed, the funds involved may be forfeited.
